Surf and Yoga Retreat, Portugal

Our surf and yoga lodge is located between Lagos and Sagres in the pretty village of Praia da Luz, close to the best surf beaches and the most picturesque coastline in Europe. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, this is the perfect place for an autumn retreat in the sun. Situated on the edge of the protected Vicente National Park and within walking distance from the beautiful beaches, this spot is ideal for the many activities the Algarve is famous for. As well as surfing, it is possible to kitesurf, windsurf, scuba dive, SUP the crystal clear waters and explore the beautiful countryside.

Each morning, you will be guided through a nourishing, beautiful Vinyasa flow practice to open the body and inspire the mind. In the evening, you will enjoy a combination of restorative yin practices, ocean meditation under the stars and guided yoga nidra, meditation in rest, and practices.

This retreat is available to all levels of surf and yoga abilities, including complete beginners.

This retreat includes:

• Seven nights' accommodation in a surf and yoga lodge

Our Surf and Yoga Lodge is designed for comfort and peace of mind. Each room has a private en suite shower and opens onto terraces that enjoy direct access to the pool and sub-tropical gardens. The retreat centre has spectacular panoramic views across the open countryside to the sea or to the Monchique Hills with amazing sunrises and sunsets.  With over 5000 m2 of gardens and orchards, it is easy to maintain social distancing and enjoy our ethos of great social vibes.
