My interest and style in movement began from a background in dance, which lends itself to the smooth choreography in these classes. 

Each class is deeply rooted in the breath.  I fully believe your breath is the key to connecting to the wholeness of who you truly are and letting go of what might be holding you back.  Alignment and balanced energy flow are consistent points of focus in all of my classes to inspire strength & conditioning and flexibility in the body.  There is a strength acquired through the practice of yoga and it is in the body but you will recognise the vitality and power you receive in your heart and mind.     
I am really excited to share with you my passion, because it is everything to me.  My classes promote movement efficiency with greater ease, a multi directional flow to improve proprioception, interoception and spontaneous complex natural movement.
