The method of this course is a short, sweet slice of flow for Wednesday evenings focusing on creating deliberate and intentional action for growth in body and mind. We will explore specific techniques to gain greater access to our body, revealing more opportunities for growth within the asana practice. It will include intelligent and delicately sequenced flows, focusing on breath, alignment and pace. Although each class will continue to expand and grow from the previous one, each practice is also a stand-alone practice. 1. 8 Classes: fundamental techniques to deepen & expand your vinyasa practice 2. Refine the classic postures: Down Dog, Chaturanga, Cobra and Warrior 1, 2 & 3. 3. Popular peak posture breakdowns: Dancer, Side Plank, Wheel, 4. Smoother and slower transitions develop a greater connection to movement, breath, muscles, bones, and energy levels. Expect an evening of movement, intention, and meditation. We will finish our evenings with a deep savasana, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed. After each class, all participants will receive access to the class recording for seven days.
