This course is a simple, straightforward practice focusing on creating nugget-sized classes with maximum effect and benefits. Each spicy, sweaty, powerful class builds strength, stamina and flexibility, which serves to deepen and enrich your movement practice. At only 30 minutes per class, each week, we will have a specific focal point. We will aim to be efficient and effective in our movement and then get back to our day, where we can wear the feel-good effects of our workout all day. Week 1 - Hello Legs. Strengthen and lengthen your standing poses by bringing more stability and power to your pins. Week 2 - Glutes Galore. It's a kick-ass practice to harness more energy in standing work and backbends. Week 3 - More Core. Always a tasty delight that feels so right. Week 4 - Sizzling Shoulders. The perfect routine to sculpt arms and shoulders. Week 5 - Amazing Wall Flowers. An inversion practice working with the wall. Week 6: Steady as She Flows. Putting it all together. You can use ankle weights and hand weights to amplify the challenge, or you can do it equipment-free! You can start with 1-2 KG weights, and if you have never worked with weights, start with 0.5-1 KG. You will already notice results after one week, but to get the most out of this program, you'll have access to the recording for seven days to repeat the class.
