The Yamas & Niyamas
Explore the foundational teachings of yoga through movement, breath, and meditation—one month at a time. In this 10-month course, explore the Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical and philosophical foundation of yoga, in a way that is practical, embodied, and relevant to modern life. Each month, we take one principle and bring it into lived experience. Through asana, breath, and meditation, these teachings move beyond theory and into practice.
